Anthony W. Ambush is President and Founder of Ambush Associates, Inc. (AAI), a full-service, independent business insurance agency located in Washington, D.C. The firm offers a wide range of commercial insurance products, surety bonding services and employee group benefits services to customers throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area and the northeastern business corridor. Before establishing AAI in 1979, Mr. Ambush held various positions within the Washington D.C. metropolitan area including The Travelers Indemnity Company and Aetna Casualty & Surety Co., where he excelled in the areas of Commercial Insurance, Surety, Fidelity and Crime Coverage. Mr. Ambush holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics & Accounting from Mt. Saint Mary's University in Emmitsburg, Maryland. He is a member and treasurer of the Metropolitan Washington Association of Independent Insurance Agents Association, as well as a member of the Surety Association of America.
